Meccaniche Morandi s.r.l. produces and trades special fasteners: nuts, bolts, etc and manufactures mechanical parts according to customers designs.
The main sectors it works for are petrochemical, automotive, planting and metal mechanic in general.
Our Services
The production technologies adopted by Meccaniche Morandi s.r.l. include: cold forging, hot forging, rolling, turning and milling.
Fastener material strength property grades set forth hereunder split up in the main destination fields: petrochemical field, automotive field, standard ISO EN grades.
Materials
The company has acquired the necessary experience in the production of many different types of materials:
carbon steel and low-alloy steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, titanium alloys, aluminium alloys, bronze and brass.
Our Business and Quality
The Quality Management System has been certified according to the EN ISO 9001 standard since 2003 by DNV Italia and conforms to the Directive PED 97/23/EC Annex I, paragraph 4.3, following supervision by TÜV–ITALIA.
Meccaniche Morandi s.r.l. may issue all types of certificates as per EN 10204 standard.
